Hypnosis for Exercise Will Get You Moving
 
The message is clear and almost everywhere. Exercise is a necessary component of good physical and mental health. Do you know how to keep it fun so you build a healthy lifelong habit of exercise?
 
First, narrow your focus. What are the benefits from a more physically active body and life? What are the details of "feel better" or "I'll lose weight"? How much more fun do you have when your body works great? Write down your answers. Be specific about your benefits. It is important to write this list and review it until you have it memorized and can easily bring those detailed benefits into your awareness. You begin to feel the desire to do something to bring yourself those benefits.
 
What will you lose if you don't exercise? Write that list also which includes: difficulty getting out of a chair or car. Hard to walk, let along go up and down stairs. You will be restricted, feel old faster, look old faster. Exercise protects your mental functions so without exercise your brain deteriorates faster.
 
Second, decide what type of activity you will use for exercise. We all need a little or a lot of guidance to prevent injury. Which is right for you; In person or video? Sports are also a way to exercise your body and have fun. Personally, I exercise to videos at home. It fits my busy life and my only competition is with myself.
